WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

Prices are based on properties with normal to heavy cleaning requirements. Properties with extreme conditions will have to be costed separately.

All cleaning materials

Clean all carpets and attempt to remove stains

Clean all other types of flooring

Clean inside of all windows and frames

Clean/Wash down all woodwork and doors

Clean mirrors

KITCHEN

Clean inside and outside all units

Clean sink, draining board and work surfaces

Clean inside and outside Washing machine, Dish washer, Fridge/Freezer*, Microwave, Oven*, Hob, Extractor Hood, Tumble dryer

*freezer must be defrosted prior to visit

*Inc Single oven (Cooker range, Aga would require an independant company)

BATHROOM/ TOILET

Clean all sanitary ware

Wash down tiled surfaces

 

NOTE

RUBBISH DISPOSED INTO CUSTOMERS BIN WILL NOT BE CHARGED, HOWEVER IF RUBBISH IS REMOVED FOR DISPOSAL, COSTED ON INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
